  • Strong understanding of the regional market and consumer behaviour.

Skills:

  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • In-depth knowledge of the automobile industry and market dynamics.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA in Marketing/ Sales compulsory
  • Experience in managing dealer networks and distribution channels.

Work Environment:

  • Extensive travel within the designated region.
  • Hybrid work arrangement, with flexibility for remote work and office presence as required.
  • Familiarity with emerging trends in electric vehicles (EVs), autonomous driving, and other technological innovations.
  • Multilingual skills and experience working in diverse regions are an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
