Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and analytical **Lead Generation Specialist** who can identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, and support the sales pipeline for our IT services. This role requires strong research skills, communication abilities, and a solid understanding of how to attract the right prospects in the tech industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct research to identify potential clients in IT, SaaS, startups, and enterprise segments.
* Generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, CRM tools, and online platforms.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
* Qualify leads by understanding client requirements, project scope, budget, and timelines.
* Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
* Track and manage leads using CRM systems and maintain accurate records.
* Develop targeted outreach campaigns (email sequences, LinkedIn messages, nurturing workflows).
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client insights to improve lead quality.
* Optimize lead generation channels and suggest new strategies for better conversions.
* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 1–4 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development (preferably in IT).
* Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or other prospecting tools.
* Excellent communication and research skills.
* Ability to understand IT services such as web development, app development, digital marketing, cloud, SaaS, or custom software.
* Experience with email outreach tools (Mailchimp, Instantly, Lemlist, etc.).
* Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate with the sales team.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in B2B tech sales or IT services lead generation.
* Understanding of ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and buyer personas.
* Familiarity with Google Workspace, CRM reporting, and dashboards.
* Ability to create lead lists, market segments, and targeted campaigns.
