Sales Lead Generator

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers.
- Identify and qualify sales leads.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Follow up on leads through phone calls and emails.
- Present our products or services to potential clients.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Document interactions and update CRM with accurate information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a cold calling or telemarketing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
