About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and growth-driven Lead Generation Executive who is ethical, hardworking, and strongly analytical. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in LinkedIn lead generation, affiliate marketing, freelancing platforms, and lead-scraping tools. This role requires someone who can think strategically, generate high-quality leads consistently, and contribute to building scalable outreach systems.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
Execute targeted lead generation campaigns to identify and qualify prospects.
Develop connection strategies, messaging flows, and outreach sequences.
Manage and grow affiliate partnerships to drive lead flow.
Handle lead generation and profile optimization on platforms like Upwork, G2, Clutch, and other marketplaces.
Use lead databases and scraping tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, and other automation tools (plus).
Maintain accurate, updated lead lists and ensure proper tracking through CRM systems.
Conduct detailed research to identify ideal customer profiles and decision-makers.
Support leadership in developing new outreach strategies and improving existing funnels.
Provide weekly/monthly lead performance, LinkedIn Outreach, Cold Calling and Cold Emailing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Lead Generation or Business Development in the International domain (US and UK preferred).
Strong expertise in lead generation and outbound outreach.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (required)
Experience with affiliate marketing programs and partnership growth.
Proven experience in generating leads from freelancing and review platforms like Upwork, G2, Clutch, Fiverr, etc.
Exposure to ZoomInfo, scraping tools, and data extraction extensions (plus).
Strong research skills and the ability to identify quality leads.
Ethical, hardworking, results-driven, and a strong problem solver.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple platforms and strategies.
