Innoease Solutions LLP is hiring a proactive Business Development Executive for international sales (Remote, India). Drive outreach on Upwork, Freelancer and LinkedIn, run targeted email campaigns, book POCs/demos and coordinate with delivery for handover.
Full job description / Responsibilities
- Source and outreach to prospects on Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Identify relevant projects, submit tailored bids and initiate qualification conversations.
- Create brochures, emails and landing page copy using Canva and other tools.
- Run targeted email campaigns, follow up with leads, and maintain outreach sequences.
- Generate 1015 qualified leads per month and schedule demos/meetings.
- Pre-sales activities, schedule demo meetings and coordinate technical handovers after deal closure.
- Maintain and update lead tracker; deliver progress reports to Director Sales & Delivery on a regular basis.
- Participate in weekly syncs with marketing and technical teams; attend initial training on offerings and Dynamics CRM.
Requirements / Candidate profile
- Good experience in digital sales, international outreach, or client acquisition.
- Strong written English and professional communication skills.
- Hands-on familiarity with Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn outreach and email marketing tools.
- Basic understanding of IT services: CRM (Dynamics 365), web/mobile apps, cloud migration.
- Comfortable creating marketing collateral using Canva/Google Docs.
- Self-driven, organised, able to work independently in a remote setup.
- Preferred: experience selling to SMBs in retail, healthcare, education or professional services.
