Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bridge Sales Manager based in Bhopal. The Bridge Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of bridge bearings, expansion joints, and related products by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships. The role entails developing and executing sales strategies, preparing proposals, conducting site visits, and coordinating with the production and technical teams to meet client requirements. An integral part of the role includes ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized communication and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including experience in client relationship management and negotiation
  • Technical knowledge in bridge bearings, expansion joints, and other related construction products is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to analyze project requirements and provide engineering-based solutions
  • Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail in managing sales projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Civil/Mechanical) or Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience
  • Prior experience in the construction, infrastructure, or related sectors is an advantage
