Job Summary:

We are hiring a Sales Manager with experience in the printing/packaging industry to drive business growth, manage key clients, and develop new accounts. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets and supporting the Director in strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business and expand client base in the printing & packaging segment.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
  • Coordinate with production and design teams for order execution.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of sales experience in the printing/packaging industry.
  • Strong knowledge of printing processes, materials & client handling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and team-focused.

Salary: Best in the industry / Negotiable
