Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Madhya Pradesh for a Agro Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations within the designated region. Daily tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and mentoring the sales team, conducting market research, and building strong relationships with clients. The role also involves setting and achieving sales targets, analyzing sales data, and ensuring customer satisfaction.developing potential market for cattle feed, distribution network in targeted markets, tracking purchase & sales channel partners, create awareness amongst customers.appointment & development of distributor channels
Qualifications
- must have experience in agriculture field sales, fertilizers sales or agrochemical related field.
- Sales strategy development and implementation skills
- Management and mentoring skills for overseeing a sales team
- Market research and data analysis skills
- Client relationship management and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure
- Graduate in BSC Agriculture, or related field; MBA preferred
