Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Sales Manager (Dental Care) located in Bhopal. The Zonal Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within the designated zone, develop and implement sales strategies, and manage a team of sales representatives. The responsibilities include meeting sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, analyzing sales data, and providing regular reports to senior management. The role also involves coordinating with the marketing team to design promotional activities and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of extensive sales experience, with a significant portion in leadership/management.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Deep understanding of sales strategy, team management, and customer relationship management.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
