Marketing & Business Development Intern
to join the EnergInAI team, helping us to transform lives using AI and IoT
.
This is a
paid, on-site internship
in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. We are offering a 2-month initial engagement, with the possibility of
extension and PPO
based on performance. You'll get the opportunity to work in a
dynamic startup environment
, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain
hands-on experience in digital marketing, customer acquisition, and business development.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute
marketing campaigns
– both
digital (social media, email, online ads)
and
offline
initiatives. - Engage with potential customers on-site and online to explain product offerings and gather feedback.
- Create engaging posts, blogs, and videos to drive awareness, spark interest, and generate leads on social media platforms.
- Support
lead generation, follow-up, and conversion efforts
to drive customer acquisition. - Conduct
market research
to identify growth opportunities, industry trends, and competitive insights. - Collaborate with the
business, operations, and product teams
to align customer needs with product features. - Create
marketing materials, presentations, and reports
for internal and client use. - Track key
marketing metrics
and contribute insights for performance improvement.
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
for engaging with customers and clients. - Basic understanding of
marketing principles (4Ps, digital marketing, customer journey)
. - Confidence in on-site field interactions and customer handling.
- Strong
organizational and multitasking
abilities. - Proficiency in
MS Office / Google Workspace
. - Analytical and
proactive problem-solving
mindset.
Good-to-Have Add-ons:
- Experience in
business development, customer relations, or sales
. - Familiarity with
social media marketing tools and analytics
. - Exposure to
CRM software
(e.g., HubSpot, Zoho). - Understanding of
B2B marketing
or the
IoT/Energy domain
. - Ability to create engaging
visual content (Figma, Canva, PowerPoint, etc.)
.
Education / Background
- Pursuing a
Bachelor's/Master's degree
in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields — or equivalent practical experience.
