- Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bakery chef or bread baker, particularly with sourdough and other premium breads.
- In-depth knowledge of bread fermentation, hydration, and baking techniques.
- Familiarity with commercial baking equipment and tools.
- Passion for artisan bread-making and willingness to innovate.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends if required.
