A Senior Chef for a Hot Kitchen and Bakery JD involves managing both kitchen and bakery operations, including food preparation, quality control, and staff supervision, while ensuring hygiene standards are met. Key responsibilities include leading the team in cooking and baking, overseeing daily production, maintaining consistency in all products, managing inventory, and training junior staff. Responsibilities
- Kitchen and Bakery Management: Oversee daily food preparation in both the hot kitchen and bakery sections, ensuring all dishes and baked goods meet high standards.
- Quality Control: Ensure the taste, texture, and presentation of all menu items and baked goods are consistent and meet the required quality.
- Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise and train junior chefs and commis, coordinate daily tasks with the sous chef, and guide the overall team to maintain efficiency.
- Production and Inventory: Estimate daily production needs and ensure raw materials and cooked products are of the highest quality. Manage inventory for both hot kitchen ingredients and bakery supplies.
- Hygiene and Sanitation: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in all kitchen and bakery areas, following all standard procedures and policies.
- Menu Knowledge: Possess full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production, and presentation standards, including any special dietary requirements.

- Advanced baking techniques and creativity in recipe development.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and kitchen management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in both hot kitchen and bakery operations is essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45, ₹55,000.00 per month
