We are looking for a skilled Bakery professional with 2 to 8 years of experience to join our team at JW Marriott. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry and excellent culinary skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Prepare and bake a variety of bread and pastries to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bakery environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to keep the bakery fresh and exciting.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
  • Ensure all products meet the company's high standards of quality and presentation.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Bakery Chef or similar role in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of dough mixing, kneading, and baking techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail, focusing on delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
