Role & responsibilities

  • Serve as point of contact and follow-up to ensure that a high level of customer service is met when communicating with customers on a regular basis.
  • Source new sales opportunity through inbound lead follow- up and out cold calls and email.
  • Gather additional detail or information from clients to respond efficiently to customers requests for information, assistance, and materials.
  • Support individual salespeople by generating solar sales proposals on a regular basis to support for a multitude of prospects and customers.
  • Adhere and work within the confines of the defined sales procedures and processes.
  • Exercise judgment and make decisions to promote smooth workflow in the team and ensure that client demands are met.
  • Keep team members informed of information that affects workflow and service delivery.
  • Updating all contact details & communications with customers in CRM database.

Preferred candidate profile

  • He should have 2-6 years of sales experience. Solar sector experience should be there atleast for 2 years.
  • He/She should have good communication skills verbal and written.
  • He/She should be Result Oriented, Highly Motivated, Presentation Skills, Time Management Skills.
  • The candidate should have Bachelors Degree in any stream. Electrical engineering preferred.
  • Any Master's Degree/Diploma in sales will be added advantage.
