Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our personalised supplement brand team. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of medical representatives and driving sales growth within their assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of medical representatives within the assigned territory to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and customers.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide regular coaching, training, and support to the sales team to improve their performance.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies.
  • Attend trade shows and conferences to stay up-to-date with industry trends and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful sales teams.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
