Role Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales growth for uPVC profiles This role is open across India – multiple states. The ASM will be responsible for developing the market, managing fabricators and channel partners, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong business development skills, market knowledge, and leadership to expand the company's footprint.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute sales strategy for the assigned area to achieve revenue and volume targets.
Develop and manage relationships with fabricators, dealers, distributors, architects, and builders.
Expand the channel partner network by appointing new fabricators and dealers.
Monitor and guide fabricators on sales pipeline, fabrication capacity, and project execution.
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.
Conduct market research to track competitor activities, pricing, and industry trends.
Organize product training, demonstrations, and promotional events for stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, accounts) for smooth operations.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and MIS to management.
Mentor and support sales executives (if team handling is applicable).
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in Business, Marketing, Civil/Mechanical Engineering (MBA preferred).
2–7 years of sales experience in building materials, preferably uPVC profiles, aluminium systems, hardware, glass, or construction products.
Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing dealer/fabricator networks.
Key Skills Required
In-depth understanding of the uPVC windows & doors industry and fabrication process.
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
Ability to handle channel sales and project sales simultaneously.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
