Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager | SaaS Sales in Hyderabad. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, managing and growing relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, developing and executing sales strategies, providing product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts. The Area Sales Manager will also be expected to work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities
Identify potential clients across industries for ERP solutions within the assigned territory.

Conduct on-field visits, sales presentations, and product demos to, IT heads, and decision-makers.

Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

Understand client requirements and align ERP solutions to meet their business needs.

Negotiate contracts, close high-value deals, and ensure successful onboarding.

Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and implementation teams for seamless delivery.

Participate in industry events, networking activities, and promotional campaigns.

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide insights to management.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Qualifications & Skills
1-3 years
of proven B2B / B2C / SaaS
field sales
experience.

Strong solution-selling and consultative sales approach.

Should be Proficient in English.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage long sales cycles and close enterprise deals.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
