Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Hyderabad. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within their designated area, developing sales strategies to meet targets, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. The role involves analyzing sales performance, identifying market opportunities, and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve company objectives. The Area Sales Manager will also ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall growth of the company's market share.
Qualifications
- Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Team Leadership and Performance Analysis skills
- Market Research and Opportunity Identification skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
