
Inside Sales Account Manager Intern

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Understand client goals and align our solutions to drive value and outcomes.
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
- Monitor account performance, usage, and satisfaction—flagging issues proactively.
- Identify and pursue upsell or cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.
- Provide regular reports and feedback to clients and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate client records, activities, and updates in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to improve customer experience.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and client markets to deliver strategic insights.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in account management, client services, or B2B sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven insights.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a Content, tech, or digital services environment.
- Familiarity with B2B customer lifecycles and account-based strategies.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
