Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Understand client goals and align our solutions to drive value and outcomes.
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Monitor account performance, usage, and satisfaction—flagging issues proactively.
  • Identify and pursue upsell or cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Provide regular reports and feedback to clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate client records, activities, and updates in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to improve customer experience.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and client markets to deliver strategic insights.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in account management, client services, or B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven insights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a Content, tech, or digital services environment.
  • Familiarity with B2B customer lifecycles and account-based strategies.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
