Business Development Manager - Inside Sales Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to manage and grow existing key accounts, identify new leads, and drive revenue growth through effective relationship management, opportunity mining, and techno-commercial proposal handling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture existing key accounts, including government departments, PSUs, and enterprise clients.
- Identify and initiate new leads through inbound and outbound channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams for solution design, pricing, and documentation.
- Prepare and deliver customized techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and BOMs as per client/project needs.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and ensure proactive engagement for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Key Accounts Management, and Business Development.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of CRM operations and lead generation.
