Business Development Manager - Inside Sales Role Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to manage and grow existing key accounts, identify new leads, and drive revenue growth through effective relationship management, opportunity mining, and techno-commercial proposal handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and nurture existing key accounts, including government departments, PSUs, and enterprise clients.
  2. Identify and initiate new leads through inbound and outbound channels.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams for solution design, pricing, and documentation.
  4. Prepare and deliver customized techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and BOMs as per client/project needs.
  5. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and ensure proactive engagement for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Key Accounts Management, and Business Development.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of CRM operations and lead generation.
