Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our organization by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, specifically within the Software Development or IT Services sector, and be confident in lead generation through calls, emails, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients via phone, email, and internet research.
- Present and promote company services to prospective clients effectively.
- Understand client needs and requirements to propose suitable service offerings.
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Schedule and follow up on client meetings and demonstrations.
- Handle client objections and concerns to maintain brand reputation.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.
- Work closely with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, telesales, or similar B2B sales roles.
- Mandatory experience in Software Development/IT Services sales.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Experience with outbound calling and digital marketing techniques.
- Knowledge of current trends in software development and technology services.
