Key Business Development Role
About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and intelligence gathering.
- Manage existing accounts and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Achieve sales targets in terms of revenue and volume by expanding the client base.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and intelligence gathering to stay ahead in the industry.
- Prepare business proposals and negotiate effectively to acquire new customers.
- Monitor and manage receivables to ensure timely payments.
- Drive portfolio growth through customer retention and acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate in preparing the revenue forecast and budget.
Requirements:
Qualifications: Graduate in any stream.
Experience: Min. 5 years
Skills: Relationship Management, Market Research & Competitor Analysis, Strategic Planning & Forecasting, Communication & Presentation Skills, Sales and negotiation skills.
