Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to spearhead the expansion of our Pre-School network. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying and cultivating business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and fostering strategic partnerships.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential locations for new Pre-Schools, evaluate local competition, and assess demand for our services.
  2. Business Partner Identification: Identify and engage with potential business partners, evaluating their suitability as franchisees and negotiating partnership agreements.
  3. Lead Generation and Conversion: Develop and execute lead generation strategies, converting leads into profitable business partnerships.
  4. Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our brand and attract new business partners.
  5. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives and partnership management.
  6. Operational Oversight: Ensure seamless operational integration with existing Pre-Schools, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
