The role involves relationship management, opportunity mining within key accounts, handling techno-commercial proposals, and driving new business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Manage, nurture, and grow existing key accounts (PSUs, Government Departments, and Enterprise Clients) .Handle end-to-end client relationship management , ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.Identify, initiate, and nurture new leads through inbound and outbound channels Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-sales, Technical, OEMs) for solution design, pricing, and documentation.Prepare and deliver customized techno-commercial proposals , quotations, and BOMs as per client/project needs.. Conduct client meetings (virtual & in-person), presentations.Ensure proactive engagement with clients for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.Continuously track market trends, competitor activities , and build intelligence for new business opportunities.
