Role: Appointment Setter - US SHIFT Department : Sales Job Location: Ghitorni WORK FROM OFFICE Shift timing: 4pm to 1 am (4pm to 8:30 pm work from office post 8:30pm remote) Role Overview: The Appointment Setter will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with prospects, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales or business development team. This is a key position that ensures our pipeline stays full and our sales team can focus on closing deals. Key Responsibilities: Make consistent outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists or CRM. Introduce the company, build rapport, and qualify prospects based on defined criteria. Schedule confirmed appointments for the sales or business development team. Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and scheduled appointments in the CRM. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets (calls made, appointments booked). Handle basic objections professionally and escalate complex queries to the appropriate team member. Coordinate with sales staff to ensure smooth handover of scheduled meetings. Provide feedback on lead quality and call performance to help optimize outreach strategy. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or similar outbound calling role. Excellent verbal communication skills in English (clear, confident, and persuasive). Ability to quickly build rapport and handle objections professionally. Comfortable working night shifts aligned with [e.g., US EST, UK GMT] time zones. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.
