Job Opening : Freight Forwarding Sales & Operations Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Freight Forwarding Sales & Operations Executive to join our team in New Delhi, India. This hybrid role is perfect for a candidate who can efficiently manage day-to-day operational tasks while actively contributing to revenue growth through inside sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

Facilitate online container bookings with shipping lines and NVOCCs.

Coordinate booking confirmations and documentation with shippers, CHAs, and transporters.

Ensure timely submission of VGM, ESB, and Forwarding notes on relevant portals.

Monitor container pickup, stuffing, and gate-in status, and track shipment progress until the container is discharged at its destination.

Inside Sales Support:

Generate and qualify new sales leads to expand our customer base.

Prepare and send accurate freight quotations to prospective and existing clients.

Conduct timely follow-ups with clients to secure new business and maintain strong relationships.

Requirements:

Experience: 2 to 4 years in Freight Forwarding (Export).

Education: Graduate / Post Graduate.

Location: New Delhi, India.

Salary: ₹2.5 LPA - ₹3.0 LPA.
