**Key Responsibilities:

1 Relationship & Portfolio Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key B2B partners and clients.
- Manage existing client portfolios to ensure satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, ensuring consistent communication and support.
2 New Client Acquisition
- Identify and onboard new strategic partners to expand the organization's B2B network.
- Develop and execute plans to generate leads, close partnerships, and achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, industries, and partnership opportunities.
3 Individual Contributor Role
- Independently manage the end-to-end business development cycle—from prospecting to deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to ensure smooth partner integration and delivery.
- Achieve defined KPIs and sales targets while maintaining quality relationship standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Strategic Alliances, or Business Development.
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing business partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- B.Tech background is an added advantage.
