E-commerce, FMCG, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain & Logistics
. To accelerate this journey, we are hiring an
Enterprise Sales Manager
who will own the
end-to-end sales cycle and close high-value enterprise contracts
.

Role Overview

This is a
pure enterprise sales role
with full ownership of the sales cycle — from pipeline to
deal closure
. You will work closely with our demand generation team (already in place) to take qualified leads into
CXO-level conversations, negotiations, and contract sign-offs
.

You will directly own
annual revenue targets
and play a critical role in building Humanli's early customer base across our core industries.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Cycle Ownership

  • Manage the entire sales process: prospecting → discovery → pitch → demos → solution design →
    negotiation and closure
    .
  • Own a revenue target of
    ₹3–5 Cr annually
    , with deals typically in the
    ₹20–40L ACV range
    .

Enterprise Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with
    CXOs, CIOs, Chief Supply Chain Officers, and Analytics Leaders
    in
    E-commerce, FMCG, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain & Logistics
    .
  • Deliver compelling, tailored presentations and proposals that communicate DoD's boardroom value.

Collaboration & GTM

  • Partner with the demand generation team to
    convert qualified pipeline into closed revenue
    .
  • Work with founders on pricing, proposals, and GTM strategy for enterprise accounts.

Forecasting & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate forecasts, CRM discipline, and clear visibility into pipeline health.
  • Provide regular insights on client needs, competitive intelligence, and market shifts.

Candidate Profile

  • Education:
    B.Tech + MBA preferred (mandatory unless exceptional enterprise SaaS closures are proven).
  • 4–8 years' experience in
    enterprise SaaS / AI / analytics sales
    .
  • Proven track record of
    closing multi-crore enterprise deals (₹15–20L+ ACV)
    .
  • Expertise in
    solution selling, consultative engagement, and CXO-level negotiations
    .
  • Familiarity with
    E-commerce, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain & Logistics
    sectors.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in
    early-stage, build-from-scratch environments
    with founder support.
  • Ready to move to Jaipur for first few months for training

Compensation

  • Fixed Salary:
    ₹15–20 LPA
  • Variable Bonus:
    Up to 50–70% of fixed, directly tied to revenue closed (
    paid quarterly against clear quota
    ).
  • ESOPs:
    Considered for high performers after 12 months.
