About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated
Account manager with 3+ years of experience
to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for professionals with prior exposure to IT services sales who can
manage client accounts, build strong relationships, and support end-to-end sales activities.
You will work closely with senior business development leaders, take ownership of account growth, and actively contribute to proposal creation, presentations, and client engagement.
Role Description
- Manage and nurture client accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Handle
end-to-end inside sales cycle
– from lead generation to nurturing and closing.
- Drive outreach and pitching of BigStep's digital solutions across web & mobile development, UI/UX, product engineering, cloud/DevOps, and AI/ML.
- Participate in discovery calls, solutioning discussions, and proposal presentations with clients.
- Create proposals, sales decks, and customized client presentations
in collaboration with technical and design teams.
- Maintain and update
CRM systems
, ensuring accuracy in sales pipeline management.
- Support the preparation of cost estimations, proposals, and RFP responses.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams to align client needs with solutions.
- Represent BigStep at client meetings, industry events, webinars, and networking forums.
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of experience
in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Account Management in IT services.
- Proven experience in
client handling, account management, and CRM tools
(HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
- Strong skills in
proposal creation, documentation, and sales presentation making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Exposure to B2B/enterprise sales cycles and solution-based selling.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, sales automation, and digital prospecting tools is a plus.
