We are looking for a Accountant & Manager with 2–5 years of experience to manage both accounts and factory operations for our furniture manufacturing unit. The role requires a combination of accounting expertise, operational management skills, and the ability to coordinate between the design team, vendors, and factory staff to ensure seamless production and financial control. The position offers a salary range of ₹18,000 – ₹30,000, based on experience and skillset.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Accounts & Finance

  2. Maintain day-to-day accounts of the factory

  3. Handle inventory accounts, vendor payments, and petty cash
  4. Prepare and manage ledgers, vouchers, and bills

  5. Coordinate with CA/firm for monthly/annual accounting

  6. Factory Coordination

  7. Supervise and coordinate with factory workers for smooth operations

  8. Ensure workflow between architect/design team and factory execution

  9. Track production schedules and ensure timely completion

  10. Inventory & Stock Management

  11. Maintain raw material and finished goods stock register

  12. Record inward/outward material movements

  13. Generate stock reports for management

  14. Reporting & Documentation

  15. Prepare daily progress reports for management review

  16. Maintain dispatch records and coordinate logistics

  17. Keep factory records, vendor details, and staff attendance updated

  18. Operations Support

  19. Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the factory

  20. Maintain discipline and efficiency on shop floor
  21. Act as a link between management, vendors, and workers

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Commerce / Accounts / Business Administration (preferred)
  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounts or factory coordination (furniture/interiors industry experience is a plus)
  • Knowledge of Tally / MS Excel / Inventory Management
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multitasking and deadlines
