About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Account Manager
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
IT Infrastructure solution selling, Key Account Management, and C-level stakeholder engagement
. You will be responsible for managing large enterprise accounts, building new business pipelines, and closing high-value deals in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive
    Sales & Business Development
    by identifying new business opportunities in IT infrastructure, cloud, and system integration solutions.
  • Manage
    key accounts
    by developing long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Handle
    corporate tie-ups
    and build strategic partnerships with C-level executives (CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads).
  • Sell IT solutions including:
  • Infrastructure solutions (Servers, Storage, Networking)
  • Security Solutions
  • System Integration & Data Center Solutions
  • Cloud & Mobility Solutions
  • Implement defined
    marketing & sales strategies
    to increase market share.
  • Conduct
    market evaluation
    and competitor analysis to identify new growth areas.
  • Collect competitor information and update management on market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-centric solutions.
  • Ensure client retention, satisfaction, and account growth.

Desired Profile

  • MBA (Marketing) or Graduate with relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of proven track record in
    IT Sales, Account Management, or Solution Selling
    .
  • Prior experience working with
    System Integrators (SI)
    or IT Hardware product lines (IBM, HP, Acer, Dell, etc.) preferred.
  • Strong expertise in handling
    large enterprise accounts
    and closing big-ticket deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to
    quickly understand technical requirements
    and propose tailored solutions.
  • Proactive, innovative, and result-oriented professional.
