We are looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys client interaction, project management, and ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in New Delhi. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships, overseeing the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities. This role will also include creating account strategies, and collaborating with other departments to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and build long-term relationships.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Understand client goals and ensure their expectations are met (and exceeded).
  • Coordinate with creative, production, and editing teams to deliver high-quality output.
  • Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and strengthen partnerships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Servicing Executive, or similar role (agency/production background preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • A problem-solving attitude and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Knowledge of media/film/creative production is a plus.
  • Experience in the technology or related industry is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
