L'Opéra, French Bakery Private Limited is a high-end pastry, bakery house, and Salon de thé specializing in authentic French products, located in Delhi NCR. L'Opéra offers a unique and refined culinary experience with its range of French pastries, breads, and teas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing with 100% accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain employee records related to attendance, leave, and salary structure.
  • Handle statutory compliances (PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, Professional Tax etc.).
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance for monthly inputs and reconciliations.
  • Address employee queries related to payroll and deductions.
  • Prepare payroll-related reports for management review.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce/HR/Finance or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and confidentiality skills.
