HR Executive

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Executive who can take ownership of core HR functions and contribute to building a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, and compliance, with strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage both people and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment & onboarding
- Maintain employee records & HR documentation
- Manage payroll, attendance & leave tracking
- Drive employee engagement activities
- Address employee grievances & concerns
- Assist in HR policy drafting & implementation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws & statutory norms
- Coordinate training & development programs
- Support performance appraisal process
- Manage resignations, exit interviews & F&F settlements
- Prepare HR reports, MIS & dashboards
- Conduct employee induction & orientation
- Communicate HR policies to staff
- Ensure workplace health, safety & welfare
- Align HR practices with organizational goals
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.
- Problem-solving and employee relation management skills.
Educational Qualification Required: MBA (HR)
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years
Number of Openings: 1
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday Off)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
