We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The role involves managing the day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll support, compliance, and maintaining a healthy workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a passion for people management.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS/HR software.
  • Support payroll processing and attendance management.
  • Handle employee queries regarding policies, leaves, and benefits.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and training sessions.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation for audits.
  • Manage exit formalities, including resignation processing, full & final settlement, and exit interviews.

Key Requirements

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in HR operations/recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labour laws, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of HR software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Only Female Candidate is required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Volunteer

Pay: ₹30, ₹34,000.00 per month
