
HR Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The role involves managing the day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll support, compliance, and maintaining a healthy workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a passion for people management.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS/HR software.
- Support payroll processing and attendance management.
- Handle employee queries regarding policies, leaves, and benefits.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and training sessions.
- Assist in drafting HR policies and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation for audits.
- Manage exit formalities, including resignation processing, full & final settlement, and exit interviews.
Key Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in HR operations/recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labour laws, and compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of HR software is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Only Female Candidate is required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Volunteer
Pay: ₹30, ₹34,000.00 per month
