JOB DETAILS
1 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with inpiduals, groups, orwork teams, as well as, an ability to interact with all levels of management2 Ability to work under pressure, balancing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
3 Manage the process and implementation of the following: payroll,benefits, employee incentives, retention, turnover, recruitment, safety,training and development.
4 Work with company CEO and/or Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
5 Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
6 Continually educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress, and social media permissions, etc.) and keep employee handbook current
7 Administer or change benefits, health plans, retirement plans, etc.
8 Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
9 Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees
10 Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected
