Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Pipeline Building:
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, targeting both Indian and international markets.
- Qualify Leads:
Understand customer pain points, assess needs, and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Engagement & Follow-ups:
Schedule product demos, conduct discovery calls, and nurture leads through consistent follow-ups.
- CRM Management:
Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline status in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Sales Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in generating leads and building a sales pipeline across different geographies, including India and international markets.
- Experience using sales tools such as CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation tools.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
