Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to handle outbound sales calls targeting clients in Dubai. The role involves generating leads, pitching products, and closing sales across B2B and B2C segments. The ideal candidate should have experience working with Gulf or Dubai clients, excellent communication and pitching skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in Dubai from India.
  • Generate and qualify leads across B2B and B2C segments.
  • Pitch products/services effectively and tailor communication to client needs.
  • Follow up with potential clients and maintain a pipeline to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activity.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies for client engagement.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 2 5 years of telesales experience, preferably with Gulf/Dubai clients.
  • Strong communication and pitching skills.
  • Experience in handling B2B and B2C sales.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage client interactions professionally across time zones.

Educational Qualification:

  • Any graduate
