Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Inside Sales & Customer Service Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with travel agents, promoting our products and services, and providing exceptional customer service to meet their needs.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Outbound & Inbound Calls: Proactively connect with B2B travel agents through regular calls to build strong relationships, promote offerings, and address service requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for travel agents, resolving queries, handling escalations, and delivering timely solutions with professionalism.
  • Apply consultative and solution-based sales techniques to achieve and exceed sales targets across flights, hotels, and ancillary services.
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership to design, execute, and monitor growth strategies for key accounts.
  • Accurately update all call logs, agent interactions, bookings, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Stay current on GDS platforms, industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to position Mondee as the preferred travel partner.
  • Consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience through effective communication and proactive engagement.

Desired Skills

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales / Customer Service, preferably in the Travel & Tourism industry.
  • Strong tele-calling, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and influence travel agents.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, account growth, and client satisfaction.
  • Hands-on expertise with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.) and B2B booking platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about delivering customer-first service
