Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth through effective communication and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
- Understand customer needs and present suitable products/solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead-generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (any stream).
- 0–2 years of experience in sales/inside sales (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
