Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update property information in the CRM system with complete accuracy.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups with leads and clients.
- Track inventory, maintain the lead pipeline, and share regular updates and reports with management.
- Handle sales/client queries, providing details on projects, offers, and available properties.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams (sales, operations, and marketing).
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, conversions, and client interactions.
- Update property leads in the CRM software, monitor sold and unsold inventory, and provide ongoing support to the sales team..
Key Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, CRM & real estate sales support.
- Proficiency in any CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
