Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive located in Mumbai. The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships, retaining existing customers, and improving customer loyalty. Daily tasks include analyzing customer data, resolving inquiries, facilitating seamless customer experiences, and contributing to sales initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate customer data and identify trends
  • Expertise in customer retention and crafting exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication skills for building and maintaining relationships
  • Knowledge of sales processes and strategies
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
