Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Relationship Executives for our Insurance company based in Vashi. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with customers, building relationships, and helping clients with their insurance needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers.
  • Explain insurance products, policies, and benefits clearly.
  • Assist customers with renewals, claims, and policy servicing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant insurance products.
  • Achieve monthly targets while maintaining service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with company and IRDA guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
  • Good communication skills in English & Hindi (regional language is an advantage).
  • Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving ability.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, CRM tools).
  • Fresher/Experienced candidates from BPO, Banking, Finance, or Insurance are welcome.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts if required.
