Currently we are having a very good opportunity for our client ICICI Lombard where we are looking for Customer Relationship Executives for CRT Customer Service Vertical,
Role Description
Qualification: Graduation (Full Time or Part Time)
Work Exp: 0 to 2+ Years
Working Days: 5 Days in a week
Week Off: 2 Days in a week rotational
Vertical: CRT
Process: Voice Only
Shift Timing: Male 7 AM to 12:30 AM (Any 9.5 hours)
Shift Timing: Female 7 AM to 8:30 PM (Any 9.5. hours)
To qualify for this opportunity below are the requirements.
- Good communication in English & Hindi
- Understanding about call centre and thought process should be clear for working with company
- Why want to join Lombard / Call centre?
- What is Customer Service, what are the Quality required for customer care executive.
- Should talk on given topic.
Work Location
: Vashi, Navi Mumbai (Full time onsite)
Salary Budget:
Based on Experience:
0-6 months experience: 14K (In hand)
1 & above years experience: Up to 3.56 LPA CTC
