Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
who will play a key role in
client engagement and feedback report on samples
to ensure successful product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients receiving flavour samples.
  • Proactively
    follow up with customers to gather structured feedback
    on trials and applications.
  • Coordinate with the R&D and Sales teams to refine flavours based on customer inputs.
  • Maintain detailed records of feedback, preferences, and performance in CRM tools.
  • Build trust and rapport to ensure smooth transition from sampling to commercial orders.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2–5 years of experience in
    customer-facing roles
    (preferably in food ingredients, FMCG, flavours, or chemicals).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and attentive to detail.
  • Ability to translate customer feedback into actionable insights for internal teams.
