Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Relationship Executive role located in Mumbai. The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships, addressing customer queries and concerns, providing product and service information, and generating sales leads. The role also includes coordinating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction, maintaining customer records, and using CRM systems effectively.
Qualifications
- Customer Relationship Management, Customer Support, and Client Interaction skills
- Sales, Lead Generation, and Target Achievement abilities
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications
- Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
