Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities in international markets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Build strong client relationships and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create customized solutions.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and client needs to drive business growth.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven experience in IT Business Development / IT Sales.
- Strong knowledge of B2B lead generation, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
