Role Summary
We are looking for a basic office administrator to handle day-to-day office tasks and support smooth operations. The candidate must have good communication skills, pleasant language, and a positive outlook.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend calls, emails, and basic correspondence.
- Manage office records and maintain files.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing simple reports.
- Support HR and accounts teams with routine tasks.
- Welcome clients/visitors and provide assistance.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
- Good spoken and written English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team spirit.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
