We're expanding fast across Kochi and beyond, and we're looking for a
dynamic Business Development Manager
who can drive sales, manage teams, and oversee day-to-day vending operations.


Role Overview

You will lead the
sales growth, merchant partnerships, and operational excellence
of the Nibblish vending network in Kochi.

This role requires a
strong sales personality
who understands both
business strategy
and
ground operations
— someone who can convert opportunities into long-term revenue and manage people effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive
    sales growth and merchant onboarding
    for vending machine placements across Kochi and nearby cities.
  • Develop
    strategic partnerships
    with hospitals, malls, offices, gyms, and public venues.
  • Manage and motivate
    field staff, refill teams, and support staff
    to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Track
    sales performance, profitability, and machine utilization metrics
    ; suggest improvement actions.
  • Coordinate with
    suppliers and logistics
    for timely restocking and cost optimization.
  • Handle
    client relationships, billing, and collections
    professionally.
  • Learn and master
    vending machine software, remote monitoring, and operational workflows
    .
  • Prepare and present
    weekly performance and growth reports
    to management.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Marketing, or Management
    (MBA preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience in
    sales, retail operations, FMCG, or channel management
    .
  • Proven track record in achieving
    sales targets
    and
    building strong client relationships
    .
  • Strong
    leadership and team management
    skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving ability.
  • Willingness to
    learn vending machine technology and operations
    .
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to
    Kochi, Kerala
    .
  • Fluent in
    English and Malayalam
    (Hindi is an advantage).
