Who we are looking for:
Business Executives are experts in making our customers successful and happy As a Business exec you will working with F&B & Retail brands in India to help them get the most our of the RationKard platform.
Business exec are responsible for "opening" RationKard clients. This means training owners, GM's and employees on how to use the RationKard platform, place offers/ rewards, and market their business using RationKard. You will work to grow relationships with merchants by growing their participation with RationKard and building their results.
Responsibilities- Be the primary point of contact for a group of RationKard partnered businesses.
- "Open up" newly added businesses by conducting an opening training meeting.
- Get businesses to post offers and rewards.
- Sign up business employees on Rationkard and become active users.
- Help businesses coordinate promotional activities with the Rationkard team.
- Be a "results catalyst" by facilitating drop-ins at your business locations.
The position is ideal for a high-energy individual who enjoys relationship building. An ideal candidate should have solid interest in broad aspects of business development, strategy, and market opportunity analysis. Experience in sales would be beneficial, but not a show stopper. 2-4 years proven track record of achievement. Exceptional cross group collaboration skills and a passion for working with partners are a must.

- Need to be a quick learner and a professional at asking questions.
- Skilled with Word, Excel, Email and other basic computer and Internet programs.
- Must have the ability to travel through Bangalore.
- Technically savvy with social media tools.
- Having connections in the F&B / Retail / Apparel is a plus
